Content is Almost Everything

Blowback from Google’s Panda and Penguin updates fed the nightmare tales SEOs spun on late night forums and blogs. However, the 13 pages I managed at the time not only survived, but thrived with a 145.5% year-over-year growth in sales while suffering a 34.9% traffic loss.

These pages did not fail because I was able to engage in significant audience research and update the pages with content written towards those groups whom would be most interested in the products featured on those pages.
